For this project, Story & Quest worked with Gym Rat’s LAB to document a full-day VersaClimber certification training session. The event brought together personal trainers learning to master and teach the VersaClimber method, led by a certified instructor. Over six hours, we captured every stage of the program, from warm-ups and instruction to hands-on workouts and participant feedback, showing both the physical intensity and educational structure of the course.
Story & Quest handled the project from start to finish, including filming, directing, and editing. The goal was to create visuals that not only showcased the trainer’s expertise but also reflected Gym Rat’s LAB’s commitment to professional development and high-performance training.
In post-production, we produced several edits tailored for social media sharing, optimizing pacing and framing for different platforms. The final deliverables included short-form highlights and a longer cut for promotional use, giving Gym Rat’s LAB flexible content to promote future certification programs.
This project tested endurance, precision, and storytelling, capturing the energy of the athletes while keeping the focus on clarity and flow throughout the shoot. The result is a dynamic video piece that communicates the spirit of professional growth and the drive that defines Gym Rat’s LAB.
